this experiment to explore
interventions that empower
girls and address systemic
barriers in STEM.

disadvantaged socioeconomic
backgrounds. We divided the participants
into two groups: a Control Group exposed
to a diverse range of female role models
and a Treatment Group exposed
specifically to female role models in
STEM careers.
