Reflec ing
2023, the newly formed Board
embraced the mission set out by the
executive team. We end our term with a
clearly articulate overarching goal for the
charity aligned to Inspiring Girls
International with a clear strategic
roadmap. Our commitment to challenging
gender stereotypes and inspiring the next
generation of women to pursue ambitious
career paths remains central.
In
significant achievement of this Board
has been championing broadening our
fundraising avenues in a challenging
charity landscape. Traditional funding
sources are dwindling, and the Board
supported innovative strategies attracting
diverse sponsorships, ensuring the
sustainability of our programs.

t for me in 2025 was fundraising
t the Italian Chamber of Commerce
Annual Gala, where the generosity of
attendees surpassed our expectations.
Their support serves as a testament to the
impact we are making and the faith our
community has in our mission.

passionate Board, with each
member contributing unique expertise that
has propelled the charity ’s growth.
I

step back as Chair, I look forward to
remaining actively involved as a Board Member,
leading the Integrity, Ethics & Reputation pillar.
I am excited for the new leadership under coChairs Carmen Chiu and Jonathan Ly, and have
confidence they will continue to advance our
shared vision.
While I
pecial thanks to our departing Board
rs. Vivien Khoo brought her insights on
emerging technologies and risk governance,
ensuring our initiatives not only inspire but also
safeguard the young women we serve.
Sue Kristiansen played a critical role in
elevating our professionalism, fostering a
culture of constructive challenge that has
enriched our decision-making processes and
strengthened our reporting cadence.
