through Dialogue: Students transitioned
from silence to vocal confidence, learning to navigate
conversations about menstrual health without shame. This
fosters a school environment rooted in well-being and peer
support.
Critical Thinking & Myth-Busting: Through interactive
games, participants practiced fact-based inquiry to debunk
cultural myths, replacing misinformation with health literacy
and self-assurance.
Advocating for Gender Equity: By featuring role model
Jonathan Ly, the workshop emphasized inclusive allyship.
Students learned that menstruation is a shared human
experience, shifting the narrative toward a more supportive,
gender-inclusive community.
Combating Period Poverty: This partnership directly
addresses the mission to eliminate educational barriers
caused by period poverty, ensuring that health-related
