What We Do: The "SolveHers" Framework
ur new SolveHers program is now the
r unctionality of our strategy. We are
moving beyond inspiration to provide the
cognitive diversity and technical toolkit
required for global innovation.
O
co e f
ur five years at Inspiring Girls, we have
navigated shifts in global priorities, but our
core remains unchanged: the conviction of
our partners and role model volunteers.
They are at the heart of our mission to
ensure every girl can shape her own future.
When we began defining our new strategy,
we focused on a single question: what would
it take to support more leaders like these—
innovators working daily to build a more
equitable world?
In o
uilding Solutions with AI: We will
quip girls to master emerging

architects of the future.

ecosystem and a culture of meritocracy.

STEM careers. To bridge this, we are
evolving our approach.
In Hong Kong,
B
Visible Tech Leadership: We leverage
visible female leadership to prove that

resilience. When girls see women
utilizing AI to solve complex
challenges, it validates their own
professional identity and ambition.
